1. General Policy

• As per our brand policy, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges once a purchase is finalized.
• This policy applies to all items, including ready-made pieces and custom-tailored orders.

2. Manufacturing Defects

• Returns or exchanges are only granted in the event of a clear manufacturing defect.
• If you discover a defect, you must provide a clear photograph of the issue as evidence.
• The product must be in its original condition, exactly as it was received.
• To be eligible for a resolution, the item must be unused and unwashed.

3. Pricing and Tailoring

• Please note that all displayed pieces are sold as un-sewn fabric with exception to products from ready to wear collections.
• Tailoring is a separate service provided for an additional fee.

4. Cancellation and Confirmation

• Orders are only considered confirmed once the order completion has been successfully processed.
• We recommend carefully reviewing all purchased items details before finalizing your order.
• Prices are fixed to avoid any inconvenience.

5. Shipping Policy

• Inside UAE: Next-Day delivery for orders placed prior to 4 pm(orders are delivered from Saturday to Thursday. Please note that custom tailoring requires 5 to 7 additional working days).
• International: Shipping is available for all Gulf (GCC) countries.
• Shipping Fee: Orders made at a price of 900 AED or above, are eligible for free shipping.
