- Inquiries: Direct messages on Instagram or through email are reserved solely for responding to general inquiries and are not a valid channel for placing orders.
- Contact Information: Customers are required to provide their full name, address, and contact number to finalize an order.
2. Pricing and Payment
- Currency: All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
- Price Variations: Prices vary depending on the specific piece and size required.
- Tailoring Fees: All pieces displayed are un-sewn; tailoring services are available for an additional fee.
- Fixed Pricing: To avoid embarrassment, please note that all prices are fixed.
3. Delivery and Shipping
- Domestic (UAE): Delivery is available to all Emirates.
- Turnaround Time: Next-Day delivery for orders placed prior to 4 pm(orders are delivered from Saturday to Thursday. Please note that custom tailoring requires 5 to 7 additional working days).
- International: Shipping services are extended to all Gulf (GCC) countries.
4. Refund and Exchange Policy
- Final Sale: There are no returns or exchanges for items purchased, except in cases of a clear manufacturing defect.
- Defect Reporting: In the event of a defect, the customer must provide a clear photo of the problem.
- Item Condition: For a return to be considered, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and unwashed.

- Wholesale: We provide wholesale services with discounted rates for schools, government and private entities, and national event organizers.
