General Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>As per our brand policy, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges once a purchase is finalized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This policy applies to all items, including ready-made pieces and custom-tailored orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Manufacturing Defects<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Returns or exchanges are only granted in the event of a clear manufacturing defect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you discover a defect, you must provide a clear photograph of the issue as evidence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product must be in its original condition, exactly as it was received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To be eligible for a resolution, the item must be unused and unwashed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Pricing and Tailoring<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please note that all displayed pieces are sold as un-sewn fabric with exception to products from ready to wear collections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tailoring is a separate service provided for an additional fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Cancellation and Confirmation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders are only considered confirmed once the order completion has been successfully processed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We recommend carefully reviewing all purchased items details before finalizing your order. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices are fixed to avoid any inconvenience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Shipping Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Inside UAE<\/strong>: Next-Day delivery for orders placed prior to 4 pm(orders are delivered from Saturday to Thursday.
